1️⃣ No Returns for Food Products

Due to the nature of our products — food and beverage items — we cannot accept returns once the package has been opened, used, or tampered with.
This policy helps ensure the safety, freshness, and quality of our Matcha for all customers.


2️⃣ Damaged or Defective Items

We take every precaution to pack your order carefully, but if your product arrives damaged, leaked, or defective due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or defective items

  • A brief description of the issue

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will gladly offer:

  • A replacement for the damaged item, or

  • A refund to your original payment method


3️⃣ Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at matcharuus@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

If your refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
