We take great care in packaging and shipping your Matcha products to ensure they arrive fresh and in perfect condition.
Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.
1️⃣ Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2️⃣ Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.)

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and product type.

Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Express or priority shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
3️⃣ International Shipping

We ship worldwide where permitted, using Japan Post, FedEx, UPS, or other reliable carriers.

Delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
4️⃣ Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
5️⃣ Shipping Delays or Lost Packages
We do our best to ensure timely delivery.
However, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Natural disasters, strikes, or other uncontrollable events

6️⃣ Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged or leaked, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the damaged package and items
We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
7️⃣ Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We cannot change the address once the order has been shipped, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
