Shopping Information

1. How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days, and international orders may take 1–3 weeks, depending on customs clearance.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes!

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 (U.S. only).For smaller orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

For bulk or wholesale orders, we offer free shipping on orders over 50 kg.



3. Can I return or exchange my order?

Because Matcha is a food product, we’re unable to accept returns once the package has been opened.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location. You can check the estimated delivery time and shipping cost at checkout before completing your order.

5. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll be happy to replace it or offer a refund according to our policy.

2. Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways to ensure your personal and payment details are fully protected. We never store your credit card information on our servers.

3. Can I pay with PayPal or a credit card issued outside the U.S.?

Yes, you can use PayPal or an international credit card as long as it’s supported by your bank and eligible for international transactions. Prices are displayed in USD and will be converted automatically by your card provider.

4. When will I be charged for my order?

Your payment will be processed immediately when you place your order. Once your transaction is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email and receipt.

Order & Returns

1. How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. When your package ships, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow its delivery in real time.

2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been shipped can usually be modified or canceled. Once shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

3. How long will it take to get my package?

For food products like Matcha, we cannot accept returns once the package is opened. However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

5. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return or refund request is approved, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
